Hi. You're here. Welcome. Let’s talk.

NGL, the fact that you're reading a life coaching page probably means your body has been trying to tell you something for a while:

Maybe you’ve always been your own coach or therapist - but somehow hyper-awareness and self-analyzing on steroids just don’t cut it anymore.
Maybe the coping mechanisms that worked so far don’t work anymore, or seem to come at too high a price.
Maybe you’re feeling stuck.
Maybe you just realized that you don’t have to do it alone (yes, even if you’re a high achiever / entrepreneur / the strong one).

I'm Vivi, and while you're reading this, I'm probably either scribbling in my notebook while coaching a client, watching TV with my dog Giovanni (big name, big personality, small dog), taking a walk and sending voice notes, or facilitating a workshop.
I know lots of different things can bring you to think about pursuing coaching — and there are also lots of different things that can be important to you when choosing your coach, so this is a fork in the road where I invite you to choose what calls your name:

WHAT BRINGS YOU HERE
Maybe your body keeps acting up just when you're ready to move to the next thing. Maybe it's that one decision that's been draining you for months. Maybe you keep getting hit with the same dynamic across different areas of your life and you want out. Maybe you're so tired of weighing options that doing nothing has become the default. Maybe you feel like you're going through the motions when all you want is some more joy.
Or, maybe it's something else completely.
If you found this page, I have a wild guess 👀:
You might be an entrepreneur, an eldest sibling (not necessarily by birth order, but by vibe), neurospicy to some extent, and there might be a life transition around the corner, just in the rear view mirror, or quietly brewing under the surface. I wouldn't be too surprised if you know yourself very well and definitely don't need anyone to do the analyzing for you. You might also be used to carrying a lot by yourself, even when it might seem someone else is sharing the load.
And... you might be exhausted.
The dilemma, impending transition or feeling of stuckness can be in any area of your life, your business, your career.
Here's what I know for sure:

We're so used to talking ourselves off the ledge, discounting what we feel, saying "oh, it's fine, that's just life." But life is not meant to be spent suffering — and there is so much you can do to live better.

I started my first business as a 21-year-old mom, only the second woman out of my extended (very large) family to work outside the home — and I caught the entrepreneurship bug. In 18 years, I've started and managed businesses across lifestyle, publishing, marketing and HR-tech, constantly operating out of my comfort zone, loving the thrill and getting mad at my body when it tried to tell me to pace myself. I got to Satya coaching when I was burnt out — both physically and mentally, but I didn't see any other way of doing what I know and love to do.
By connecting to my full self — not just my awareness — coaching helped me create another way.
My life became expansive.
I am still who I was before (goofy, geeky bookworm with the best dad jokes you haven't heard yet and a killer sense of fashion), just… not exhausted. I couldn't believe how my best business results arrived together with 2-hour lunch breaks, regularly scheduled vacations, and lovingly-set boundaries. I couldn't believe how I was finally able to express generosity without people-pleasing and actually give myself the same compassion I was giving others.
